The AMTR-U mechanical dock seal is used as an external part of the dock seal. It is primarily used in situations where optimal sealing is required, to limit the exchange of air during loading and unloading, and to reduce the impact of adverse weather conditions on warehouse operations (e.g. precipitation, dust, etc.). Used in various industrial facilities, e.g. in halls or warehouses. The AMTR-U model has universal dimensions for TIR trailers. It is possible to design seals with non-standard dimensions.

Low energy costs

DUE TO the integration in the dock leveller, there is no need for additional elements to protect the goods to be loaded. The primary function of the dock seal is to reduce the impact of adverse weather conditions on warehouse operations.

SEALING ELEMENTS are made of thick three-layer PVC. The dock seal is a hanging galvanised steel structure encased in PVC fabric which is resistant to weather conditions and mechanical impact.

DOUBLE-LAYERED polyester interlacing protective straps are flexible and extremely stable. These air inflatable seals are used to seal lorry trailers at the loading bay and to limit the influence of unfavourable weather conditions on warehouse operations. As standard, the air inflatable seal is equipped with one fan which is responsible for proper filling of the bags.
